PAYMENT
TNT Cykler ApS accepts online payments with Visa/Dankort, Mobilepay Online.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Reservation of funds
When using a payment card, both debit and credit, the amount for the transaction is reserved. This amount is reserved until the webshop has processed and shipped your order. Once the order has been shipped, the money is debited from the account. The reservation period depends on the product/service.
Authorization on debit cards
With debit cards, you will see that the money has been reserved in your account and your available balance will show as being less. If you or the webshop subsequently cancel your order, the webshop cannot debit the money, but the reservation will still apply for a period. Please note that only your bank (or card issuer) will be able to cancel the reservation.
Authorization on credit cards
The money will only be debited from your account and appear in your overview when the webshop processes and debits the payment for your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website primarily uses Danish kroner (DKK) for settlement. For international sales, prices may be displayed in local currency based on current exchange rates, but the final amount at checkout will be settled in Danish kroner (DKK).
TNT Cykler ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is safe and cannot be read by external parties.
TNT Cykler ApS's own website also uses encryption with SSL protocol.
DELIVERY
The delivery time for your order is 1-5 days. Longer delivery times may occur for out-of-stock items.
TNT Cykler ApS ships goods with the following: PostNord
When delivering a bicycle, the bicycle will come 80% assembled in a cardboard box, and we recommend having the bicycle assembled at an authorized bicycle workshop. If accessories for the bicycle are purchased, these will come in a separate box.
You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery".
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
There is a 14-day full right of return for goods purchased on the website unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.
You are responsible for any return costs.
Note for international purchases: The customer is responsible for all return costs. Return freight from abroad for large quantities/volume goods such as bicycles can be significantly higher than standard freight prices and will typically amount to between DKK 500-1,000 depending on the carrier.
Notification of withdrawal must be given to us no later than 14 days after delivery and must be in our possession no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be sent by email to info@saxil-cykler.dk. The message must clearly state your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
CONDITION OF THE ITEM UPON RETURN
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item caused by handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item. This means that you may try the item in the same way as if you were shopping in a physical store.
If the item has been tried more than described above, it is considered used and of depreciated value. This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back. It is up to TNT Cykler ApS to assess the condition of the item.
RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
A 2-year right to complain is granted on products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in software, material, and manufacturing.
Complaints regarding errors and deficiencies must be communicated to TNT Cykler ApS within a reasonable time after receipt of the item. Here, a maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The right to complain lapses with incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
TNT Cykler ApS covers return costs to a reasonable extent.

CUSTOMER & PRIVACY POLICY
We do not resell personal information and do not disclose your personal information to others; they are only registered in our customer database. You can have your information deleted at any time.
For you to enter into an agreement with TNT Cykler ApS, we need the following information:

We register your personal data for the purpose of being able to deliver the goods to you.
Personal data is registered with TNT Cykler ApS and stored for up to five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens with your explicit consent, so that you are informed precisely what information is collected and why.

COMPLAINTS
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager (The Danish Complaints Boards Authority, Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via The Complaints Portal for Nævnenes Hus. The Mediation Team will attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board.
As a general rule, a prerequisite for lodging a complaint is that the item or service you wish to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and at most DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothing and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The monetary limits may be subject to change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed.
The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used to submit a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here:
